What do you do?
We're a dog waste removal service for Bergen County homeowners. On your scheduled visits, we come to your yard, scoop and remove all the dog waste, and leave you with a clean, odor-free yard — no digging through the mess yourself, no ongoing smell, just a yard you can actually enjoy.
How often will you come to my yard?
It depends on the plan you choose. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, and three-times-a-week visits, plus one-time cleanups. Most households with one or two dogs do well on the weekly plan.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. Most customers just let us know how to access their yard (a side gate code, a latch, etc.) when they sign up, and we handle the rest on your scheduled day.
How do I know when the job is done?
Once we've finished and locked the gate back up, we text you a photo of it so you know the job is complete and it's safe to let your dog (or dogs) back outside.
What happens if it's raining or snowing?
If a storm or heavy snow gets in the way, we'll catch up the next day if we can, or on your next scheduled visit — and we'll adjust your bill to make up for it. Once snow's on the ground, we clean up everything we can see and reach, and take care of anything buried underneath once it melts, at no extra cost to you.
What if I have more than one dog?
No problem — our plans are priced per yard, not per dog. If you have a larger yard or several dogs, just mention it when you contact us so we can recommend the right frequency.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. You can start, change your plan, or cancel at any time.
What do you do with the waste after you pick it up?
We bag and remove all waste from your property on every visit, taking it with us so you never have to deal with it.
Do you only do recurring service, or can I book a single cleanup?
Both. If your yard just needs a one-time deep cleanup — after winter, before a get-together, or as a fresh start — we offer that too, separate from our recurring plans.
